She recently shared this one with us.
THE TOMB COULD NOT KEEP HIMHe was baptised, beaten, and betrayed
The bitterness made Him to lay His spirit in the hands of the Father
Before His burial he cried out: "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani..."
For whom His birth was foretold that the Son shall be born
And be called Emmanuel
So the tomb could not keep Him.
He was ripped from the tomb to reign.
He rose to reap souls and rap signs.
He was betrayed to bless and bear burdens.
He was badly beaten, bad mouthed and yet He baffled human beings.
For He could not beg for sympathy.
He rose to rescue and restore restless beings.
He rose reconciled and rejected condemnation.
Those who understood called Him: El Shaddai, The All Sufficient God.
They called Him: Elohim, God the Eternal Creator.
Yes, El Olam, The Everlasting God.
He was tempted and tested to testify and transform transgressors.
For those God foreknew He also predestined to be confirmed to
the likeness of his Son.
And those who He predestined, He also called, those He called
He also justified, those He justified, He also glorified.
He was ceased, sold, and cursed to be a king.
He was pierced on the rib, pushed to the ground, like a lamb
He could not say a word and the tomb could not keep Him.
From His belly overflows blood and the living waters.
For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
So His love to those who fear Him
So how could the tomb keep Him?
