It was a hectic but really special time with our students. The day of graduation we woke up extra early in order to take students and their families to graduation, then rushed back to get ready ourselves before heading out. The weather here in George is starting to drive me crazy. It’s absolutely unpredictable. When we woke up the weather was ugly, foggy and cold so I dressed in a nice Fall outfit, which you will not see in the picture because I had to strip off my cute jacket. Literally, right before we had to head out the door the weather changed quick-quick and it turned really hot.
Graduation was short and sweet as usual and our crew was so happy to be done. Here are some of the cute pictures from the day.

Mpumi and Nkhosi with their moms

Mpumi (who is back with us this year doing her B-Tech in forestry) and Nkhosi (who is in Swaziland and just accepted a job doing Forestry Civic Culture. Praise the Lord for a JOB!)

Kutelani with his family (back with us this year doing his Masters in Forestry)

Kutelani and Stephen

I just love this picture of Pinky.

Rodney and Henry. Henry, along with Pinky, is on the student council this year. Please pray for their walk with the Lord and that they will be a witness to those they are constantly rubbing shoulders with.

Your favorite missionaries :)

The crew: Mpumi, Nkosi, and Muedanyi . This group is a load of fun together. They never stop ribbing each other.

Muedanyi with his parents. Both parents are school principals.

The guys: Philani (who is working in Forestry in Pietermaritzburg), Muedanyi (back for his Masters degree), and Tobi (who is working in Swaziland where he’s from).

Celllllebrate good times…come on!

Nomcebo (happily working in forestry), Philani, and Mulanga (back with me this year for her B-Tech).

Tobi, Mnqobi (who is taking another 4 year course in forestry at Stellenbosch University), and Philani.

My diva.

Look how cute her family is. They all match!

Our whole group! All of these students were in our bible studies last year.

My girls who I absolutely love and adore.

Look at Nkhosi’s cute dress. Her sister designed and made it!

My girls are stunning.

After graduation we went to eat with Mpumi and Nkosi and their families. Followed by some more running around for them. By the end of it all, graduation was a 7 hour ordeal for us. It didn’t end there though. We rushed home to clean up our house, then rushed to school for our committee meeting, then to rush home to greet all the graduates that were showing up to hang out for the evening. Whew, the life of serving and loving on students! As hectic as it was I was so thankful to see and catch up with my girls. We’ve committed to writing each other via snail mail, which I’m thrilled about. I absolutely love getting mail! I actually got my first letter from Nkhosi the day she showed up for graduation. haha
